- The following lengths are available. Members must use the points of entry as laid down and not take short cuts. The banks
are as follows: North Bank - the Left Bank looking downstream; South Bank - Right Bank looking downstream.
- Right Bank (South) 25 yards below the weir to fence opposite Tillotsons Home Nurseries.

FIELDS SOWERBY BRIDGE (South Bank) From the outflow of Luddendenfoot Sewerage Works to the cricket Pavilion Entry: Walton
Street to Cricket ground then keep as near the river as possible. Note: No fishing allowed during a cricket match.
WAKEFIELD ROAD, SOWERBY BRIDGE (North Bank) From Canal Mills to Sterne Mills Bridge. Entry from Wakefield Road to the Standard
Wire Works, through the gate in the wall on canal bank. From Sterne Bridge to the iron footbridge over the Canal (North Bank).
Entry: over the footbridge.., follow path to river and step over wall. Members must not approach this stretch from any other
COPLEY, NORTH DEAN WOODS (South Bank) From Copley Church to a point near the Railway Viaduct from Greetland.
Entry by the way through the wood and around the Church.
STAINLAND ROAD, HALIFAX (North Bank) From Stainland
Road to the first bend in the river.
MILE RUN (South bank) From the notice board at Standard Wire Bridge
to the notice at the end boundary fence at the allotments.
DIXON WOOD entrance from Hollins Mill Lane
over cycle bridge or path from cricket field (south bank)
RIVER HEBDEN Midgehole, Hardcastle Crags to Hebden Bridge.
Fishing available: Fly fishing for trout - right bank downstream from weir at Midgehole to Thornber's dam wall (no trespassing
on farm or mill sites). Both banks downstream from mill to Dark Lane Bridge, Foster Lane (no parking on Thornber's approach
road and mill area).
